My journey:
In 1994, at the age of 17, I was diagnosed with SLE (Lupus). At the time I was experiencing the myriad of symptoms that accompany a Lupus diagnosis. These symptoms were treated with pharmaceuticals and I never thought twice about the ramifications of using such harsh drugs on my body. In my second year of university, my dependence on NSAID’s and other suppressive type drugs caught up to me as I got sicker than I had ever been. I knew that there had to be another answer. Enter the gentle, yet effective world of homeopathy. Since then, I have used this brilliant medicine to successfully treat and heal myself. Many of my symptoms no longer exist and the ones that do, are well controlled. Homeopathy has drastically changed my life and has subsequently created an inner longing to share this amazing healing art with others.

My Education and Credentials:
I received my Honours Bachelor Degree in Psychology at the University of Guelph before graduating from the intensive 3 year course at the Toronto School of Homeopathic Medicine. Throughout the three years of study I attained a solid understanding of the basic medical sciences including anatomy, physiology, pathology, drug interactions, nutrition and physical examination. My homeopathic medicine training was vast and included such items as homeopathic philosophy and therapeutics. Counseling skills were strongly encouraged to develop through the hundreds of hours of supervised clinical practice.
