I had been suffering from severe depression for a long time as a result of the death of
someone I loved very deeply. At the time I came to Asha, I felt isolated and very
lonely. Due to this loss, I had been taking anti-depressants and I also attended bereavement programs. Through Asha’s gentle emotional and spiritual guidance,I have been able to heal and create a new path for my life.
I have not needed to take anti-depressant medication for over one year,
and my medical doctor is pleased that I have not needed this medication. Dr.
Frost's healing practice has enabled me to live serenely, fully and in contentment.
Her practice has been an education for me since she helps individuals heal their
lives from within the self.
I also attend Asha’s guided meditation sessions and
healing circles which are in small groups. These sessions are very pleasant and

After countless doctor appointments with no results as to why I had bladder pain, I turned to a Homeopath. Asha became my stepping stone to a new understanding of medicine. Having a Native healing not only elevated me physically, opened my eyes mentally and changed my entire outlook on medicine. The journey I was taken on in my healing was a life changing experience. Previous to my healing; I would experience severe bladder pain, kidney aches, countless bladder infections; but most of all severe stress. I was unable to enjoy outings without the constant distraction of burning pain. During my healing, I felt like I was in another world. I could feel my body healing itself; I was very relaxed, weightless, and completely still. My physical state after the healing has lingered with me ever since. I have not had a single bladder infection; I am pain free and relaxed.
In addition to this healing my physically, it has also rebuilt me mentally by transitioning previous horrific images into wonderful thoughts of joy. In the past I was very stressed out, frustrated, sad, and tired of always being in pain. I would cry myself to sleep because the pain was excruciating and I gave up on my own hope.
The weight of unknown fears was lifted from my body and replaced with the security of this new kind of medicine. My body was fixing itself all due to calming down and believing in myself.
Physically, I feel like a new person. I was experiencing unnecessary pain for too long, but I am now pain free. Mentally, I have gained a sense of hope for a healthy body, mind, and spirit. After experiencing the journey of self-healing first hand, I am much more open minded to alternative medicine, and calling on mother earth to guide me through restoring a natural state of being.

Asha's homeopathic gift has proven my oasis time and again.

My daughter was suffering from
recurrent colds in her first year of JK and she lost her hearing
because of fluid behind her ears that would not drain. This
hearing loss lasted over two months and was beginning to effect
her socialization with her peers at school and dance lessons.
I was completely desperate and frustrated after watching her
withdraw and visiting the doctor every two to three weeks,
with no improvement. She was referred to a specialist at the
beginning of January and I was determined to do something
to relieve her before she got there. Because I live in a small
Northern Ontario town with no Homeopaths, I began

Asha! Through email, I explained my daughter’s symptoms

I had put off going to see Asha for quite a while thinking I
needed to have something physically wrong. However, fate jumped
in and with perfect timing because I was in a negative, black
hole.
Asha made me feel very comfortable and is a wonderful listener.
She asks many questions and intuitively knows where to pinpoint
certain questions. The room is darkened which also added to
my relaxing and feeling comfortable to say what I needed.
At the end of the session, Asha gave me a remedy to take at
night. The next morning I actually thought I felt brighter but
dismissed it. The second morning I really noticed how much more
positive I felt and have remained that way for weeks.
I am looking forward to my follow-up session with her. In fact
I am excited about it!
My advice to others would be …don’t wait, the difference
in how I feel was not worth the 3 month wait I put on myself

When I first met Asha, I was living with
fairly severe anxiety. In order to control my panic attacks,
I had been prescribed Xanex by my GP. I have always been a firm
believer in eating and living a healthy lifestyle and have always
tried to limit the amount of prescription drugs I consume. It

to controlling my panic attacks and anxiety. After taking my
